Grape Seed Oil is the oil obtained from grape seeds which contain an average of 15% oil. it is used as a drying oil with seeded raisins to improve their appearance and to prevent sticking. it is also termed raisin seed oil.

ChEBI: Linoleic acid is an octadecadienoic acid in which the two double bonds are at positions 9 and 12 and have Z (cis) stereochemistry. It has a role as a plant metabolite, a Daphnia galeata metabolite and an algal metabolite. It is an omega-6 fatty acid and an octadecadienoic acid. It is a conjugate acid of a linoleate.
