What is CI 13015?
Description
Fast Yellow AB is an azo dye. It used to be used as a food dye, designated in Europe by the E number E105. It is now delisted in both Europe and USA and is forbidden if used in foods and drinks, as toxicological data has shown it is harmful. E105 has been implicated in non-atopic asthma.
The Uses of CI 13015
4-Aminoazobenzene-3,4''-disulfonic Acid Disodium Salt is an azo organosulfur dye.
What are the applications of Application
4-Amino-1,1′-azobenzene-3,4′-disulfonic acid sodium salt is an azo organosulfur dye
Definition
ChEBI: An organic sodium salt that is 4-aminoazobenzene-3,4'-disulfonic acid in which the protons of both of the sulfo groups have been replaced by sodium ions. It is used as a biological stain. It was formerly used as a food coloring agent (E105), but its use in food or drinks is now forbidden.
Preparation
4-(Phenyldiazenyl)benzenamine (C.I.Solvent Yellow 1, C.I. 11000)?disulfonated.
Properties and Applications
