Cytidine 3',5'-Cyclic Monophosphate Monosodium Salt is a cAMP analog useful in cyclic nucleotide mapping of hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channels. It can also be useful in the identification of ligands that promote protein stability, protein crystallization, and structure determination.

Produced by the hydrolysis of cytidine 5′-triphos-phate by the enzyme cytidylyl cyclase.
