What is 6-CARBOXYFLUORESCEIN DIACETATE?
The Uses of 6-CARBOXYFLUORESCEIN DIACETATE
6-CARBOXYFLUORESCEIN DIACETATE is used to differentiate viable cells from apoptotic cells. Live cells that are not apoptotic accumulate 6-carboxyfluorescein but do not accumulate annexin
The Uses of 6-CARBOXYFLUORESCEIN DIACETATE
6-Carboxyfluorescein Diacetate is a fluorescent polyanionic probe used to detect changes intracellular pH. In addition, 6-Carboxyfluorescein Diacetate derivatives can be used as staining agents for flow cytometry to visualize cells undergoing apoptosis or necrosis.
