Biological Activity

Potent and highly selective non-peptide δ receptor antagonist (K i values are 4.7, 3800 and 7900 nM for δ , κ and μ receptors respectively). More selective than naltrindole (17-(Cyclopropylmethyl)-6,7-dehydro-4,5a-epoxy-3,14-dihydroxy-6,7-2',3'-indolomorphinan hydrochloride ).
