Description
Azido-PEG3-CH2CO2H is a click chemistry reagent with 3 PEG units. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond.

11-Azido-3,6,9-trioxaundecanoic Acid was used in the study to develop a method of detection of active proteasomes by two-step labeling strategy.
