Equimolecular mixture of (1S,3R)- and (1R,3S)-ACPD. Selective agonist for metabotropic glutamate receptors; active at both group I and group II mGlu receptors (EC 50 values are 2, 15, 23 and ~800 μ M at mGluR 2 , mGluR 1 , mGluR 5 and mGluR 4 respectively).
