What is THP-PEG6?
Description
THP-PEG7 is a PEG linker containing a THP protecting group and a hydroxyl group. THP is acid labile and is commonly used for the protection of alcohol groups. The terminal hydroxyl group can be further reacted to derivatize the compound. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of compounds in aqueous media.
