Biological Activity
Platycoside E is a platycoside-type saponin isolated from the root of Platycodon grandiflorum with hemolytic activity and adjuvant potential. It promotes the production of serum OVA-specific IgG2a and IgG2b antibodies in ovalbumin (OVA)-immunized mice.
