The Uses of N-Cyclopentyl-5'-adenylic acid
N6-Cyclopentyladenosine-5''-O-monophosphate can be used as analyte in analytical study in determination of in cell lysates and growth medium of hepatoma cells, by HPLC. It can also be used in food or feed use for flavour compounds and pet food products to increase and/or enhance the activity of an umami receptor and umami taste and/or palatability of food products.
