What are the applications of Application
ML-9 is a selective inhibitor of MYLK, CaMK, PKB Kinase, PKA, and Stim1
Biological Activity
Selective inhibitor of myosin light chain kinase (MLCK). K i values are 32, 4, and 54 μ M for PKA, MLCK, and PKC respectively. Also inhibits STIM1-plasma membrane interactions, preventing store-operated Ca 2+ entry (SOCE).
