What is PUERARIA LOBATA EXTRACT?
Description
Kudzu Root Extract is a class of mixtures extracted from the natural plant Pueraria Mirifica or Kudzu, the main components of which are isoflavonoids, including Puerarin, Soyoside and Soya Sapogenins. Pueraria Mirifica has a variety of pharmacological effects such as antioxidant, hypoglycaemic and hypolipidemic, antimicrobial, cardioprotective, etc. It is one of the commonly used herbs in Chinese medicine clinics.
Biological Activity
Studies have shown that Kudzu Root Extract is effective in reducing alcohol intake in animals and humans, and that the use of kudzu root extract does not interfere with the sleep/wake cycle of moderate drinkers.
