What is KOUMININE?

Description

This amorphous base, obtained from Gelserniurn elegans Benth., said to form a crystalline hydrochloride and hydrobrornide, both melting above 300°C, has been shown by Chi and his colleagues to be a mixture of Gelsemine (q.v.) with other bases.
