Description

JWH 073 is a synthetic cannabinoid (CB) that activates both the CB1 and the CB2 receptor (Ki = 8.9 and 38 nM, respectively).1 This cannabimimetic compound has been identified in herbal blends.2,3,4 JWH 073 2-methylnaphthyl analog differs structurally from JWH 073 by having a methyl group added at the 2 position of the naphthyl moiety. The biological and toxicological properties of this compound have not been characterized. This compound is intended for forensic and research purposes.
