Biological Activity

(S,R,S)-AHPC-Boc-trans-3-aminocyclobutanol-Pip-CH2COOH (VH032-Boc-trans-3-aminocyclobutanol-Pip-CH2COOH) is a E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate that contains on one end a VHL ligand. (S,R,S)-AHPC-Boc-trans-3-aminocyclobutanol-Pip-CH2COOH is used in PROTAC technology[1]. PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[2].
