Sulfo-Cy7 carboxylic acid is a water soluble unactivated near infrared (NIR) dye with high hydrophilicity, aqueous solubility, improved quantum yield in NIR range, and very high molar extinction coefficient. The reagent is useful as a fluorescent marker in NIR range.
