Dimethyl Pyrazine-?2,?5-?dicarboxylate is a reactant used in the synthesis of biologically actve agents. It is used in the synthesis of proteasome inhibitors for multiple myeloma, as well as for they synthesis of pyrazinyl and pyridinyl bis(oxazoline) ligands used in the preparation of (R)-Verapamil (V124990).
