The Uses of Dimethyl aminoterephthalate
Dimethyl aminoterephthalate is used in the preparation of imidazotetrazinones as probes for the action of temozolomide. It is also used to prepare aminoquinazolines with neurokinin-2 receptor antagonist activity.
