What is DIETHYL DIBROMOMALONATE?
General Description
Diethyl dibromomalonate reacts with sodium methoxide in cyclohexene to afford dibromonorcarane. It also reacts with allyl(pyridine)cobaloximes to afford the corresponding allyl-substituted esters.
