Di-n-octyldichlorotin compounds are used as intermediates in the production of other organotin chemicals. Metatin and Acima. These products are also used as catalysts or industrial intermediates in the production of polyurethanes, silicone resins, synthetic lubricants, and MS polymer sealants.
