What is Denitro 4-Methylphenyl Nimesulide?
The Uses of Denitro 4-Methylphenyl Nimesulide
Denitro 4-Methoxyphenyl Nimesulide is an intermediate in the synthesis of 4’-Hydroxy Nimesulide (H948560), the main metabolite of Nimesulide (N477500), an antiinflammatory agent which preferentially inhibits COX-2 over COX-1, suppresses chemical-induced carcinogenesis in mice and rats and inhibits LPS-induced TNF-alpha production.
