It can be used in cereblon (CRBN) binding and displacement assays for protein degrader validation experiments, CRBN ligand discovery, competition analyses, or where enrichment of CRBN complexes is required. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the solubility of a compound in aqueous media.
