Definition
ChEBI: 1-[(1Z)-octadecenyl]-2-[(5Z,8Z,11Z,14Z)-icosatetraenoyl]-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine is a phosphatidylcholine (P-38:4) in which the alkenyl group at position 1 is (1Z)-octadecenyl and the acyl group at position 2 is (5Z,8Z,11Z,14Z)-icosatetraenoyl. It has a role as a mouse metabolite. It is a 1-(Z)-alk-1-enyl-2-acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine and a phosphatidylcholine (P-38:4). It is functionally related to an arachidonic acid.
