What is Bis-(Aminoxy)-PEG3?
Description
Bis-aminooxy-PEG3 is an water soluble crosslinker containing two aminooxy groups. Aminooxy (ONH2) group can be used in bioconjugation. It reacts with an aldehyde to form an oxime bond or a hydroxylamine linkage under reduction condition Aminooxy compounds are very reactive and sensitive; they cannot be stored for long term. Immediate use (within 1 week) is highly recommended.
