Description

The PFP ester is can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules, comparing with NHS ester, PFP ester is more stable.. The hydrophilic PEG spacer adds to the water solubility of this reagent.
