(S)-2-(((1-(3-carboxypropyl)piperidin-4-yl)oxy)(4-chlorophenyl) methyl)pyridine 1-oxide is the impurity of Bepotastine (B316095) which is a histamine H1 receptor antagonist. Bepotastine suppresses some allergic inflammatory processes such as allergic rhinitis, chronic urticaria or pruritus associated with skin conditions (eczema/dermatitis, prurigo or pruritus cutaneus).
