2,5-Dimethylpyrrolidine is a building block that has been used as a reactant for the preparation of adenosine A2A/A1 receptor antagonists for the treatment of parkinson’s disease and piperidinylamino pyrrolopyrimidine derivatives as selective Janus kinase inhibitors for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and organ transplant rejection.
