The Uses of 2,2-Diethoxyethanol
2,2-Diethoxyethanol is used in the synthesis of neooxazolomycin, part of the oxazolomycin family of antibiotics. Also used in the synthesis of pyrimidine based inhibitors of phosphodiesterase 7 (PDE7).
