SPPC; PC(18:0/16:0 ), also known as 1-Stearoyl-2-palmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, is a phospholipid with different length of fatty acid. The sn-1 position contains a stearic acid (18:0) while the sn-2 position is occupied by a palmitic acid (16:0).
The Uses of 1-STEAROYL-2-PALMITOYL-SN-GLYCERO-3-PHOSPHOCHOLINE
SPPC is used in the preparation of a fiber with resistance to respiratory viral disease. The fiber has exogenous pulmonary surfactant which can enter the body through breathing and play an antiviral role.

It is a phosphatidylcholine 34:0 and a 1-acyl-2-hexadecanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine. It is functionally related to an octadecanoic acid.
