Linagliptin's trade names is Trajenta,Tradjenta, it is used in the treatment of diabetes by helping to increase the insulin release after a meal and decrease the amount of sugar made by the liver.The common side effects of Linagliptin include: Flu-like symptoms such as stuffy or runny nose, sore throat Myalgia (muscle pain) and arthralgia (joint pain or stiffness). Serious side effects may include angioedema, pancreatitis, joint pain.
