Lithopone

Zinc barium white, also known as lidong powder, zinc barium white, Lide powder, white crystalline powder. For the mixture of zinc sulfide and barium sulfate, the more zinc sulfide, the stronger the covering power, the higher the quality. The refractive index and opacity are higher than zinc oxide and lead oxide, but inferior to titanium dioxide. Used for coloring paint, ink, rubber, etc.

Application

Inorganic white pigment, widely used in polyolefin, vinyl resin, ABS resin, polystyrene, polycarbonate, nylon, polyformaldehyde and other plastics, paint, ink white pigment. The effect is poor in polyurethane and amino resins, but not so good in fluorinated plastics. Also used in rubber products, paper, varnished cloth, oilcloth, leather, watercolor pigments, paper, enamel, etc. It is used as adhesive in the production of electric beads.
