Description
N,N'-Diisopropylcarbodiimide (DIC) is a highly efficient carbodiimide coupling reagent extensively employed in pharmaceutical, peptide, and fine chemical manufacturing. Due to its liquid form, DIC offers easier handling compared with dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) and provides excellent reaction efficiency in amide and peptide bond formation. It is widely utilized in API synthesis, custom synthesis, and research applications.
