PVC Calcium-Zinc Composite Heat Stabilizer (liquid)

 Quality index: colorless to yellowish transparent liquid.

 Specific gravity 0.93~1.00 / 25 ℃.

 This product is a non-toxic calcium-zinc compound heat stabilizer. Excellent transparency, good initial coloring and thermal stability, surface precipitation and mobility phenomenon is rarely occured. If some epoxy soybean oil and phosphite ester  are added, the thermal stability can be improved. It can be used in semi-hard and hard products such as artificial leather, floor plate leather and so on. Products are free of bisphenol A, nonylphenol, heavy metals, o-benzene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and other harmful substances.

 Recommended dosage of 1.0 to 3.0 phr per 100 phr of resin.

 Storage: Effective storage period is 6 months from the date of production.
