decoquinate

Decoquinate ester is a new kind of quinolone high-efficiency anti-coccidial drug for livestock and poultry. It is commonly known as diquinol ester, ethoxyquinol ester, dichlorbicin, digoxquinol ester and benzyloquinol methyl ester. The original drug is white or yellowish crystalline powder, which is slightly soluble in chloroform or ether and insoluble in water or ethanol. It has unique anti-coccidial activity. Its anti-coccidial activity is stronger than that of mademicin ammonium,nickel. Carbazine+ethoxyamide benzyl ester and methylsalinomycin showed that deoxyquinol ester could effectively defeat the resistance of coccidia and was used to prevent and control the six kinds of coccidiosis caused by the most harmful coccidia to poultry. It can also control neosporidiasis in cattle, sheep and other domestic animals, and Cryptosporidium parvum in ruminants. It can also increase the weight gain and milk yield of young goats.

Function

1. Deoxyquinol ester has unique anti-coccidial activity. Studies have shown that deoxyquinol ester can effectively defeat coccidial resistance.

2. Deoxyquinol ester is clinically used to prevent and treat poultry coccidiosis caused by six species of coccidia which are most harmful to poultry.

3. Deoxyquinolate can also prevent and cure neosporidiosis in cattle, sheep and other domestic animals, and cryptosporidiosis in ruminants. It can also increase the weight gain and milk yield of young goats.

Application

1. Decoquinate can be used as Quinoline coccidial drugs. As feed additive to prevent coccidiosis in broiler chickens, one ton of feed plus 27.2g of this product. The product has low toxicity, good tolerance and wide safety range. Metabolism was rapid. After 3 days of withdrawal, the residual drug concentration in all tissues was less than 1 ppm.

2. Decoquinate can be used as  Antigen insecticides for chicken coccidiosis.
