Physical and chemical property

White or slight-yellow crystal, loose and no agglomeration, easy soluble in water and slightly dissolvable in alcohol and glycerol, insoluble in liquid ammonia and ketone, tending to lose water molecules of hydration in dry air and become white powder appearance. When the temperature is 280℃, it will become no water substance and lose all crystal water. When the temperature is above 500℃, it will decompose.

Use

It is mainly used as raw material for zinc salts, Zinc stearate, Zinc carbonate, Zinc Borate, Triscabol and lithopone and so on. It is used as a main subsidiary material for electroplate pure zinc, electroplate Industry, washing of wood, leather preservation, bone glue fine and preservation and dye stuff in printing and dyeing.
