What is Vat Yellow 2?
Preparation
(a) 2, 6-Diaminoanthraquinone, 1-(Trichloromethyl)benzene and sulfur in the beta backflow; (b) will be 2, 6-diamino-1, 5-dimercapto-anthraquinone and Benzaldehyde ?and sulfur condensation;(C) 2,6-Diamino-1,5-dichloroanthraquinone and Benzaldehyde?and sulfur condensation; (d) 2,6-Dibenzamidoanthraquinone?into the amino chloride [2, 6-bis (1-chloro-methylene) anthraquinone], then use sulphur and naphthalene hydrogenated sodium sulfide solution or sulfur. Note: the product contains 1,2,7,8-heterogeneous content.
Synthesis
2,8-Diphenylthiazolo anthra- thiazole-6,12-quinone is prepared from 2,6-diaminoanthraquinone and benzaldehyde or benzotrichloride and sulfur in molten naphthalene.
Properties and Applications
green light yellow. Orange powder, insoluble in water and ethanol. In alkaline insurance powder also in stock for purple; In the acidic insurance powder also in dark orange ones for; The strong sulfuric acid to yellow. Mainly used for cotton, silk sheets, towels and the monochrome printing. Can also be used for viscose, polyester/cotton,PVA/cotton blended fabric dyeing and printing, and can also be used for the paper dyeing.
