The Uses of Tetrafluorohydroquinone
Tetrafluorohydroquinone is a kind of medicine, chemistry of pesticide intermediate, has in fields such as medicine, agricultural chemicals very to use widely.
Synthesis
The diazoides of 2,3,5, 6-tetrafluoro-4-aminophenol is added to the mixture of water, CuSO4.5H20 at 90-110℃ within 1-2 hours and the return water is heated, stratification, oil layer extraction with lye that is a sodium hydroxide solution or potassium hydroxide with a weight concentration of 5-10%, and then collected the extracted lye layer and acidified with hydrochloric acid to obtain the target product 2,3,5, 6-tetrafluorohydroquinone.
Storage
Store under inert gas
