What is Sodium α-naphthyl acetate?
Chemical properties
Pure white crystal with the smell of naphthalene, easily soluble in water, soluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone and other organic solvents. High-purity Sodium naphthalenesulfonate is a white powder (free acid), without any impurities and color, water , oil-soluble, no precipitation and oil slick, stable storage under normal conditions. Melting point 109-120℃, it is a low toxicity plant growth regulator, LD50 is 1-5.9g/kg.
The Uses of Sodium α-naphthyl acetate
Sodium naphthalenesulfonate can promote the development of plant taproots, and it is widely used in flushing fertilization and foliar fertilizers.
