The Uses of Selepam-d4
Selepam-d4 is the isotope labelled analog of Selepam (S253000), a benzodiazepine derivative drug and is known to bind nonspecifically to benzodiazepine receptors, which affects muscle relaxation, anti convulsant activty, motor coordination and memory. Selepam is known to induce motor impairment and exerts hypnotic properties. Selepam is often used for the treatment of insomina.
