What is RINK ACID RESIN?
Chemical properties
Pale white or slight yellow beads
The Uses of RINK ACID RESIN
Excellent acid labile support of the solid phase immobilization of carboxylic acids using Fmoc strategy. Cleavage can be effected by AcOH/DCM.
The Uses of RINK ACID RESIN
- Acid labile resin used in Fmoc-based solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS).
- Mild acidic cleavage conditions lead to the release of the peptide acid where fully protected peptides can be released if desired.
- Cleavage of the final protected peptide can be achieved in as little as 10% AcOH in DCM or 1% TFA in DCM.
Properties of RINK ACID RESIN
