What is Potassium cinnamate?
The Uses of Potassium cinnamate
Potassium cinnamate is mainly used for food preservation, but also as a raw material for flavoring. It is mainly used for the antiseptic and fresh-keeping effect of carbonated beverages, fruit juice drinks, canned food, dairy products, sauces and vegetable products. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5% according to different processes. It is the best product to replace sodium benzoate.
