The Uses of Pemetrexed
4-(3-Bromo-4-oxobutyl)benzoic Acid Methyl Ester is used as a reagent in the synthesis of furoxanoxyalkyl esters of pemetrexed as antifolates and nitric oxide donors for use as anticancer agents and their activities against four human cancer cell lines.
