Oenin Chloride is an anthocyanin compound and the 3-glucoside conjugate of Malvidin. Oenin is found in the skin of purple grapes and blueberries and is a potential anti-inflammatory agent.

Oenin chloride/malvidin-3-O-glucoside is an anthocyanin content, present at high level in Vitis vinifera?young red wines. It helps in defining the colour of wine.
