Description
N-hydroxybutyramidine is a kind of pharmaceutical intermediate, which can be prepared by the reaction of butyronitrile and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. It has been reported in the literature that it can be used to prepare (PI3) inhibitors.

N-hydroxybutyramidine is an organic synthesis intermediate and a pharmaceutical intermediate, which can be used in the laboratory research and development process and the chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis process.
Preparation
A solution of a mixture of butyronitrile, NaOH and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in 95% ethanol and water was refluxed Heat for 12 hours. The solvent was removed in vacuo, the oily residue was dissolved in chloroform , and insoluble NaCl was removed by filtration. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to give N-hydroxybutyramidine as a colorless oil.
