What is m-PEG3-Tos?
Description
m-PEG3-Tos is a PEG linker containing a tosyl group. The tosyl group is a very good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
Biological Activity
m-PEG2-Tos is a non-cleavable ADC linker for the synthesis of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). It can also be used as a PROTAC linker for PROTAC synthesis. .

ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.
