Description
Piperidine-4-carboxylic acid (4-Piperidinecarboxylic acid, 4-Carboxypiperidine, Hexahydroisonicotinic acid, Isonipecotic acid) belongs to the class of organic compounds known as piperidinecarboxylic acids. Piperidinecarboxylic acids are compounds containing a piperidine ring with a carboxylic acid group. piperidine-4-carboxylic acid is a strong basic compound (based on its pKa).
Purification Methods
