What is Fluorescein-DBCO?
Description
Fluorescein-DBCO is a fluorescein dye labeling reagent containing a DBCO group, which can react with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules to form a stable triazole linkage without copper catalyst.
Biological Activity
Fluorescein-DBCO is a non-cleavable ADC linker that can be used to synthesize antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
in vitro
ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.
