The Uses of Ferric ammonium EDTA
Ferric ammonium EDTA is used for the reduction reaction of organic selective groups, as a reducing agent for aldehydes, ketones and acid chlorides, and can reduce organic functional groups RCHO, RCOR, RCOCI to RCH2, CHR2, HOHR, RCH2OH, etc., Also It was used in analytical chemistry , pesticides, reducing agent for paper industry and mercury-containing wastewater treatment.
