An impurity of the gastrokinetic and antinauseant drug Domperidone (D531100(P)), which is a novel peripheral dopamine receptor antagonist that does not cross the blood-brain barrier; anti-emetic. Domperidone(Motilium) is a dopamine blocker and an antidopaminergic reagent.
