An isotopically labelled antimitotic agent that disrupts microtubles by binding to tubulin and preventing its polymerization. Stimulates the intrinsic GTPase activity of tubulin. Induces apoptosis i n several normal and tumor cell lines and activates the JNK/SAPK signaling pathway.
